Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on March 6, 2019 beginning 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pa. 15136 to review an application submitted by Ms. Cynthia Haines, Executive Director of Focus On Renewal requesting an Accessory Use Variance from Borough Zoning Ordinance 1330, Section 5.300, which prohibits accessory use without principle structure on same parcel. This property located at 416 Chartiers Avenue is located in a C-1 Zoning District. The Planning Commission may also consider other general business. The public is welcome to attend.
