PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on March 27, 2019 beginning 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136.
A Land Development Application submitted by Trinity Commercial Development for parcel 43-P-56, known as 301 Chartiers Avenue will be reviewed for the proposed redevelopment of site into a three-story office building with associated parking. This parcel is located in a C-1 Zoning District.
A Zoning Appeal Hearing Application submitted by Ranker Oliver Holding Co. for parcel 72-R-112, known as Church Avenue will also be reviewed for a variance request for parking in a residential district, with side yard requirement variance and landscaping (replacing fence) variance. This parcel is located in a R-2 Zoning District.
