PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on April 17, 2019 beginning 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136.
An Application for Subdivision and/or Land Development submitted by Mr. David Bryan for parcel 72-S-205 and two adjoining lots will be reviewed for the proposed lot consolidation plan known as McKees Rocks Business Center Plan of Lots #2. These three parcels are located in an I-1 Industrial Zoning District.
A Zoning Appeal Application submitted by Roxian Live, LLC for parcel 43-P-101 will also be reviewed, as applicant is requesting Conditional/Accessory Use to use a vacant lot with no primary structure for temporary parking of food trucks during events. This parcel is located in a C-1 Zoning District.
