PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday April 25, 2019 beginning 7:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136.
A Zoning Appeal Application submitted by Ranker Oliver Holding Co. for parcel 72-R-112 will be reviewed, as applicant is requesting a Variance with side yard requirement and landscaping on an adjunct vacant lot for employee parking. This parcel is located in a R-2 Zoning District.
A Zoning Appeal Application submitted by Roxian Live, LLC for parcel 43-P-101 will also be reviewed, as applicant is requesting Conditional/Accessory Use to use a vacant lot with no primary structure for temporary parking of food trucks during events. This parcel is located in a C-1 Zoning District.
