Giant Eagle, Inc. Special Exception Use/Site Plan

The Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Hearing Board has legally advertised that the Zoning Hearing scheduled for May 28, 2020 at 7:00 PM will be held virtually. This is in order for the Zoning Hearing Board, Borough employees and public to legally comply with Governor Wolf’s order to continue practicing social distancing and maintain business safety guidelines.

The agenda for May 28th Zoning Board Hearing and any other virtual hearings will be abbreviated to balance ongoing operational needs and the public’s participation rights. No new business will be permitted in order to comply with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act.
