NOTICE OF ADOPTION  

OF CODE 

Please take notice that the following ordinance of the Borough of McKees Rocks, notice of the introduction of which had previously been given, was finally enacted at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of McKees Rocks, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, on the 8th day of  JULY, 2025: 

ORD. NO. 1788 

AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE, ADOPT AND ENACT AN ORDINANCE CODIFICATION FOR THE Borough OF MCKEES ROCKS, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA; TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF CERTAIN LEGISLATION NOT INCLUDED THEREIN; TO SAVE FROM REPEAL CERTAIN OTHER LEGISLATION NOT INCLUDED THEREIN; AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR TAMPERING WITH THE CODE 

  The "Code of the Borough of McKees Rocks" will be in full force and effect on the 8th day of  JULY, 2025. A copy of the Code Adoption Ordinance and the Code are on file in the office of the Borough Secretary, where they are available for use and examination during regular office hours.
