PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, August 24, 2023 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 for general business purposes, including review of preliminary land development and a zoning appeal application submitted by Stream’s Edge Properties, LLC on behalf of Greenville Commercial Properties LP for parcel(s) 43-B-170 and 43-B-175. Applicant is requesting multiple variance(s) of Borough Ordinance No. 1330 and 1675. These parcel(s) are currently zoned I-1. The public is welcome to attend.
