Borough of McKees Rocks Public Notice - Ordinance 1773

BOROUGH OF McKEES ROCKS 

PUBLIC NOTICE – ORDINANCE NO.1773 

On June 7, 2022, at 7:00 PM at the Borough Building, 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, Borough Council shall meet to inform and take public comment on the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 1733:  AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF McKEES ROCKS ESTABLISHING THE MINIMUM REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE CONDITIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL PROPERTY, BUILDINGS AND STRUCTUCTURES; BY PROVIDING THE STANDARDS FOR SUPPLIED UTILITIES AND FACILITIES AND OTHER PHYSICAL THINGS AND CONDITIONS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT STRUCTURES ARE SAFE, SANITARY AND FIT FOR OCCUPATION AND USE; AND THE CONDEMNATION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES UNFIT FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY AND USE AND THE DEMOLITION OF SUCH STRUCTURES; KNOWN AS THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE, 2021.  On June 14, 2022, at its regularly scheduled public meeting, or at a duly scheduled regular public meeting thereafter, Borough Council will consider, and may enact, the above captioned Ordinance.  The proposed ordinance may be viewed at the Borough Building, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
