PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 beginning 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 for general business purposes, including consideration of a zoning appeal application for parcel 43-K-135 submitted by applicant Ron Battaglia, Jr on behalf of PKB Properties LLC. Applicant is requesting a variance to utilize the parcel for auto sales (used car lot). The parcel is currently zoned C-1. The public is welcome to attend.
