Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Hearing 02/12/2025

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 for general business purposes, including review of a zoning appeal application submitted by ACTION HOUSING, Inc. Applicant is requesting a variance of Borough Zoning Ordinance No. 1330, Section 5.501 Off-Street Parking to reduce the amount of required parking spaces for development of new multi-unit housing. These parcel(s) known as 43-K-215 and 43-K-219 are in a C-1 Commercial district. The public is welcome to attend.
