PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 17, 2023 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 for general business purposes, including review of zoning appeal application for parcel 43-K-175 submitted by applicant Focus on Renewal. Applicant is requesting a variance to paint a mural that exceeds the size limit of Borough Zoning Ordinance Amendment No 1772. The parcel is currently zoned C-1. The public is welcome to attend.
