Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Hearing 09/10/2026

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 10, 2026 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Borough Building located at 340 Bell Avenue McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 to consider a zoning appeal application submitted by Ms. Malaya Pack, who seeks two (2) variances from the Borough Zoning Ordinance No 1330, as amended including Section 5.500 Off-Street Parking and Section 5.700 (c) Change of Use. The parcel is known as 74-K-25, in a C-M Commercial Manufacturing district. The public is welcome to attend.
