PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 for general business purposes, including review of a zoning appeal application submitted by ALCOSAN. Applicant is requesting a variance of Borough Zoning Ordinance No. 1330, Section 6.504 Obstructions to allow existing fence on site remain while installing new security fencing within the F-A Zoning Overlay. This parcel known as 43-L-130 is located in a C-1 Commercial district. The public is welcome to attend.
