THE BOROUGH OF MCKEES ROCKS PROPOSES TO ENACT THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE AT AN UPCOMING PUBLIC MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2023 BEGINNING 7:00 PM: AN ORDINANCE OF COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MCKEES ROCKS VACATING ONE UNUSED PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY NORTH OF BRADLEY STREET AND SOUTH OF INTERMODAL WAY, DECIDATED ON THE ROCK INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAN OF LOTS RECORDED IN THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE, PLAN BOOK VOLUME 277 AND PAGE 124, AND REQUIRING NOTICES TO BE GIVEN ACCORDING TO LAW.
