McKees Rocks Planning Commission Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 beginning 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136 to discuss a zoning appeal application submitted by CM Blake Properties for parcel 43-k-236, requesting a Variance to permit an already constructed 8 foot high fence and driveway located within side yard requirement. The Planning Commission will also review a proposed Ordinance, amending Borough Ordinance No 1639 regarding Zoning: Adjunct Parking.
