Planning Commission Meeting 02/05/2026

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, February 5, 2026 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 to review lot consolidation plans submitted by Fahringer, McCarty Grey Inc. on behalf of Allegheny County Housing Authority, Inc. for various parcel(s) known as Hays Manor, located in a R-3 District. The parcels include: 43-K-37, 43-K-32, 43-K-30, 43-K-29, 43-K-28, 43-L-246, 43-L-241, 43-L-235, 43-L-231, 43-L-229, 43-L-188, and 43-L-210.  The Planning Commission may also consider other general borough business at that time if applicable. The public is welcome to attend.
