PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting via Webex video/phone conference on Thursday, October 1, 2020 beginning 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pa. 15136.

A land development application submitted by Giant Eagle, Inc. for a gas station/convenience Store located at 1242-1250 Chartiers Avenue will be reviewed. Applicant is requesting final approval subject to Borough Ordinance No. 1675 Subdivision and Land Development.   This property is located in a C-2 Zoning District.

An application for subdivision submitted by Trinity Commercial Development, LLC for property located at 200 Chartiers Avenue, will also be reviewed, as applicant is sub-dividing off a stand alone structure from remainder of shopping plaza to create a new lot. This property is located in a C-1 Commercial Zoning District.

The Planning Commission may also consider other general business.  The public is welcome to attend.
