THE BOROUGH OF McKEES ROCKS PROPOSES TO ENACT THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE AT AN UPCOMING PUBLIC MEETING ONFEBRUARY 14, 2023 BEGINNING 7:00 PM: AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING ORDINANCE NO. 1647, NECESSARY TO CONTROL THE USE OF SIDEWALKS WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF MCKEES ROCKS, SO THAT PASSAGE IS AVAILABLE TO PERSONS USING SAID SIDEWALKS, AND FOR THE OVERALL SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC.

A COPY OF THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE MAY BE EXAMINED BY VISITING THE  BOROUGH WEBSITE WWW.MCKEESROCKSPA.US
