NOTICE

BOROUGH OF MCKEES ROCKS

The Borough of McKees Rocks Council will hold a public meeting to consider adoption of an Ordinance, as titled and summarized below, said meeting to be held at the McKees Rocks Borough Building, 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania on the 15th day of June 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MCKEES ROCKS, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MCKEES ROCKS, AS AMENDED, APPLYING PARKING STANDARDS TO COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES.

Summary

The proposed Ordinance amends the Borough Ordinance No. 1330 Section 5.501, as titled “Off-Street Parking” to read as follows:

In all Districts, off-street parking spaces shall be provided as det forth in the following table, whenever any building is erected or enlarged. Such spaces shall have an area of at least 200 sq. feet and shall have adequate and well-designed ingress and egress and shall be located on the same lot as the use to which they are accessory or within a radius of 400 feet.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be examined in the office of the Borough Manager at the borough building during normal business hours.
