Public Notice: Planning Commission Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting via Webex video/phone conference on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 beginning 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pa. 15136.

A zoning appeal application submitted by William and Samuel Spade, also known as S&S Trust/S&S Investments, LLC for parcel 72-H-228 will be reviewed as applicant is requesting a variance to use the first floor of a primary structure as commercial use for a childcare center, which has been vacated for a period of 12 months or more. This parcel is located in a R-2 Zoning District.

The Planning Commission may also consider other general business.  The public is welcome to attend.
