BOROUGH OF McKEES ROCKS

 

            The Council of McKees Rocks Borough will hold a public meeting to consider adoption of an Ordinance, as titled and summarized below, said meeting to be held at the Borough Municipal Building, 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania on the 13th day of November, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF McKEES ROCKS, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, ESTABLISHING GENERAL AND SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE STANDARDS RELATING TO STORMWATER MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE BOROUGH; PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES, FEES, EXPENSES AND PENALITIES FOR VIOLATIONS AND REPEALING PRIOR RELATED LEGISLATION.

Summary

The proposed Ordinance adopted new and/or revised standards for the operation and maintenance of stormwater systems in the Borough, while providing for administrative processes and penalties for the same.  This comprehensive ordinance repeals and replaces all former related ordinances.
