Zoning Hearing Board Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Hearing Board will hold a virtual public meeting via Webex video and/or phone conference on Thursday, September 24, 2020 beginning 7:00 pm at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136.

A zoning appeal application submitted by Willstan Holdings, LLC on behalf of Recovery Support Worx Co for parcel 74-R-87 will be reviewed, as applicant is requesting a variance to use the first floor of a primary structure as commercial use for office space, which has been vacated for a period of 12 months or more. This parcel is located in a R-2 Zoning District.
