PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the McKees Rocks Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on March 28, 2019 beginning 7:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pa. 15136 to review a zoning appeal application submitted by Ms. Cynthia Haines, Executive Director of Focus On Renewal requesting an Accessory Use Variance from Borough Zoning Ordinance 1330 Article 5, section 5.301 to construct a playground on Parcel 43-P- 124, which currently is a vacant lot with no primary structure. This vacant lot known as 416 Chartiers Avenue is located in a C-1 Zoning District. The public is welcome to attend.
