PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Monday, January 9, 2023 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 for general business purposes, including review of zoning appeal application for parcel 43-K-135 submitted by applicant Ron Battaglia, Jr on behalf of PKB Properties LLC. Applicant is requesting a variance to utilize the parcel for auto sales (used car lot). The parcel is currently zoned C-1. The public is welcome to attend.
