PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Monday, April 10, 2023 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 for general business purposes, including review of a lot consolidation/subdivision plan submitted by Greenville Commercial Properties, LP for various parcels 43-F-280, 43-B-170, 43-F-310, 43-B-175, 43-F-290. The parcel(s) are currently zoned I-1 Industrial. The public is welcome to attend.
