NOTICE

BOROUGH OF MCKEES ROCKS

The Borough of McKees Rocks proposes to enact the following Ordinance at a public meeting to be held on the 12th day of March 2019 7:00 P.M. at the McKees Rocks Borough Building 340 Bell Avenue McKees Rocks, PA 15136:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MCKEES ROCKS, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, REQUIRING OWNERS OF REAL PROPERTY TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE BOROUGH’S LIEN LETTER POLICY PRIOR TO THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be examined in the office of the Borough Manager at the borough building during normal business hours.
