Zoning Board Hearing

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the McKees Rocks Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on March 23, 2020 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136 to review an application submitted by Giant Eagle, Inc. for a gas station/convenience store located at 1242-1250 Chartiers Avenue, which requires Zoning Hearing Board comment as it is an approved special use.

This property is located in a C-2 Zoning District.  The Zoning Hearing Board may also consider other general business.  The public is welcome to attend.
