PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting via Webex video/phone conference on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 beginning 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pa. 15136.
A Subdivision Plan submitted on behalf of Vesle Post 418 VFW for parcel 72-L-305, known as 1242-1250 Chartiers Avenue will be reviewed as applicant is requesting final approval subject to Borough Ordinance No. 1675 Subdivision and Land Development. This parcel is located in a C-2 Zoning District. The Planning Commission may also consider other general business. The public is welcome to attend.
