Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission Meeting 3-10-2021

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting via Webex video/phone conference on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 beginning 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pa. 15136.

A zoning appeal application submitted by Bradley Bosetti for parcel 72-K-165 will be reviewed, as applicant is requesting an accessory use variance to use the vacant land as commercial use for construction and landscaping equipment/material storage. This parcel has been vacated for a period of 12 months or more, with no primary structure and is located in a R-1 Zoning District.

The Planning Commission may also consider other general business.  The public is welcome to attend.
