Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board Hearing 3/30/2021

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing via Webex video/phone conference on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pa. 15136.

A zoning appeal application submitted by Bradley Bosetti for parcel 72-K-165 will be reviewed, as applicant is requesting an accessory use variance to use the vacant land as commercial use for construction and landscaping equipment/material storage. This parcel has been vacated for a period of 12 months or more, with no primary structure and is located in a R-1 Zoning District.

The Zoning Hearing Board may consider other general business.  The public is welcome to attend.
