Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board Hearing 08/27/2025

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 to consider a zoning appeal application (“Application”) submitted by Pennrose, LLC, who seeks two (2) variances from the Borough Zoning Ordinance No. 1330, as amended, including Section 5.501 Off-Street Parking and Section 5.801 Perimeter planting.  The various (12) parcels, known as Hays Manor, are located in a R-3 District.  The parcels are as follows: 43-K-37, 43-K-32, 43-K-30, 43-K-29, 43-K-28, 43-L-246, 43-L-241, 43-L-235, 43-L-231, 43-L-229, 43-L-188, 43-L-210.

The Application is available for public inspection at the Borough’s Municipal Building identified above during regular Borough business hours.  All interested parties are invited to attend and participate in accordance with ZHB rules and regulations.  This hearing was originally scheduled on Thursday, July 24, 2025 but postponed. The public is welcome to attend.
