2020 Application(s) for Residential Rental Housing Licensing have been mailed out to all property owners who have registered rental property within the Borough of McKees Rocks. This application for licensing is required to be completed by all rental property owners in accordance with Borough Ordinance 1753. The annual permit fee is $80.00 PER UNIT, due no later than March 31, 2020. When applying for licensing, please remit CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY with application.
Rental property owners can apply for this rental license in person at the Borough Office during normal business hours 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday or via postal mail, remitting application and applicable fee(s) to: The Borough of McKees Rocks 340 Bell Avenue McKees Rocks, PA 15136.
