Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board Hearing 08/22/2023

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board will hold a continuance of a public hearing (previously held July 17, 2023) on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 to continue the review of a zoning appeal application submitted by Focus on Renewal for parcel 43-K-175 known as 420 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. Applicant is requesting a variance to paint a mural that exceeds the size limit of Borough Zoning Ordinance Amendment No 1772. The parcel is currently zoned C-1. The public is welcome to attend.
