Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board Hearing January 20, 2021

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing via Webex video/phone conference on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pa. 15136.

A zoning appeal application submitted by William and Samuel Spade, also known as S&S Trust/S&S Investments, LLC for parcel 72-H-228 will be reviewed as applicant is requesting a variance to use the first floor of a primary structure as commercial use for a childcare center, which has been vacated for a period of 12 months or more. This parcel is located in a R-2 Zoning District.

The Zoning Hearing Board may also consider other general business.  The public is welcome to attend.
