Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Hearing 11/09/2023

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 9, 2023 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 for general business purposes, including review of a zoning appeal application submitted by Rothschild Doyno Collaborative on behalf of the Developer for parcel(s) 43-K-215 and 43-J-112. Applicant is requesting a variance(s) of Borough Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 1772, providing off-street parking standards in a commercial zoned district. These parcel(s) are currently zoned C-1 and C-2. The public is welcome to attend.
