ATTN RESIDENTS: OCT. 1, 2020 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission has legally advertised that the Planning Commission Meeting scheduled for October 1, 2020 at 6:30 PM will be held virtually via Webex video and/or phone conference. This is in order for the Planning Commission, Borough employees and public to legally comply with Governor Wolf’s order to continue practicing social distancing and maintain business safety guidelines.

The agenda will be abbreviated to balance ongoing operational needs and the public’s participation rights. No new business will be permitted during the meeting in order to comply with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act.

If you are interested in either (1) offering public comments and/or (2) observing the meeting, details follow:

To observe the meeting: You MUST register with Assistant Borough Secretary via email or phone and provide your full name, mailing address, and valid email.  Please email adminassistant@mckeesrockspa.us or call 412-331-2498 ext-12.

Registration is open until 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 1, 2020.

1. Registrants will be sent Webex video/phone conference meeting access information VIA Email.

2. You must download the Webex app/program on your computer/device prior to the meeting in order to participate via video and/ or phone conference.  Please allow additional time for this setup.

To offer public comment: Participants must register in advance with the Assistant Borough Secretary via email or phone to the contact information provided above. Please provide your full name, mailing address. And valid email. Three (3) minute time limit WILL APPLY. 

Registration is open until 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 1, 2020.
