PUBLIC NOTICE – BOROUGH OF MCKEES ROCKS

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION OF INTERMUNICIPAL TRANSFER OF LIQUOR LICENSE INTO McKEES ROCKS BOROUGH, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Council, at its regular voting meeting on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at 340 Bell Ave, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider the request of Giant Eagle, Inc., d/b/a GetGo Convenience Stores (“GetGo”), to approve an intermunicipal transfer of Pennsylvania Liquor License No. R-10692, presently in the name of Pat & Tammy, Inc., for the facility located at 3891 Brighton Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. The proposed transfer of the Liquor License shall be to Giant Eagle, Inc. for a restaurant facility within the Borough of McKees Rocks to be located at the intersection of Chartiers Avenue and Vine Street, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. This intermunicipal transfer is made pursuant to Section 4-461 of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code (47 P.S. 4-461(b.3). All interested persons may appear and be heard. Thereafter the Council may consider a resolution approving the transfer described herein.
