PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of McKees Rocks Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 beginning 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the McKees Rocks Municipal building located at 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania 15136 for general business purposes, including review of zoning appeal application for parcel 43-C-205 submitted by applicant Albert Boyd. Applicant is requesting a variance to utilize the parcel for construction of a warehouse building. The parcel is currently zoned I-1. The public is welcome to attend.
