PUBLIC NOTICE

 The Council of the Borough of McKees Rocks will consider an amendment to the Borough’s Traffic Ordinance, as titled and summarized below, said meeting to be held at the Borough Building, 340 Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136 on the 13th day of February, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.  Copies of the ordinance are available for inspection and copying by any interested party at the Borough Administrative Offices during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. 

Title: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1746 OF THE BOROUGH OF McKEES ROCKS PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF NON-PASSENGER COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON RESIDENTIAL STREETS OF THE BOROUGH OF McKEES ROCKS AND PROVIDING FOR FINES AND REMEDIES FOR VIOLATIONS

Summary: The Ordinance will prohibit defined non-passenger commercial vehicles from parking on residential streets with the exception of limited loading.
