Lien Letter Requirement Policy

The Borough of McKees Rocks passed Ordinance No. 1758 on March 12, 2019 requiring owners of real property to obtain a Certificate of Compliance pursuant to the Borough of McKees Rocks Lien Letter Policy, prior to sale of real estate.
